Arginine Separopore® 6B-CL
Epoxy-activated 6B-Separopore® 6B is coupled to Arginine which provides a spacer arm of II atoms. Arginine-Separopore® used for purification of molecules with biospecific or charge dependent affinity for Arginine. It is also used for the purification of lysine-binding proteins from serum and to purify plasminogen, plasminogen activator, ribosomal RNA, and double-stranded DNA. 6B-CL beads are more resistant to pressure as compared to 4B-CL and can be used in FPLC applications. Shipped as lyophilized stabilized matrix.
